Rob, hopefully, enough to point me in the right directions to get it "done!" :D

I can't wait until I feel right entering it in a show... but for now it'll do turning heads on the street when it gets out.

Scotty P, it's good to see a semi-local. Any good advice for finding parts in CA? All the pull a part places have zero Mavericks... So, I get stuck pulling VW stuff off for friends all day! LOL

    Matt, thanks for the compliment!

*Sorry for pics being dark. Updates will come as available.

    Not that far

Hey Scott, Were not that far apart about an hour and 15mins. I lived in Santa Rosa for a couple of months untill I moved down toward Sac.

    Parts for Brian

Your right, the mavericks are head turners and I just love driving mine when it is up and running. Let me know what you need for parts I might be able to help.

The best parts store I have found is "Craig Selveys Auto Emporium"

Music... or talk radio at least. Oh well, the original AM radio is in the car; going throw back style. :Woot:

Well, I want to get the LITTLE stuff done at the moment. The nickel and dime stuff is getting finished first before I start monkeying around with a perfectly good engine.

Things and stuff I'm looking for:
    Passenger side headlight bezel.
    Shift Collar
Turn signal switch (or a right cam from one)
    Center or Mini Consol

I think I may have a headlight bezel...

Are the different on the comets vs mavericks?
