If they mention the survey at all, they'll probably mention the under dog Maverick crowd with nothing bettier to do that throw off a vote.

I'd like to see the look on the face of some of the Mustang guys when they vote and then see the maverick in the lead,i bet they drop there jaw,but then again i bet that all would see the maverick in the lead will say (at least to themselfs) ya know that is a pretty nice car. Keep up the votes!

The Maverick is really coming into it's own recently.
With Stang pricing through the roof for better than a decade now, folks are looking for a sporty alternative.
When I got my first Mav in 1989, I wanted a Stang, so I called it my "poor man's Mustang".
I have never owned a Stang, but have been through 5 Mavericks.
Funny how they can/do use so many Stang parts...
Funny how they are lighter and more nimble than most Stangs...
Funny how they came out when Stangs were HUGE, and the Maverick sold on the same points as the first Stang. Heck, most of our dimensions mirror a 65 coupe. Aftermarket parts that fit those, fit ours too.
    Just some thoughts... fwiw
