    ok sorry about the wait. photobucket is working again so i can finish my update.

    ok so hears the antenna all patched up.

    now these next two parts are ready for primer. just the school is working on our powdercoating machine and for some odd reason they had to turn off the aircompresser which means the paintbooth wont work. so thats a bumer.

    thanks man. i cant wait till i can drive it again.
    I miss all the people that stair at you as you drive by. what a thrill that is. Im not use ti it my daily driver is a granycar...

    lol. i hate my grany car but ill be sad to see it go. alot of good memorys with that car. hopful my mother mite buy it from me.

    thats like my 69 f100, i need the money for drivers ed so i figured "i'll sell the truck" (it had a 302 in it for the mav...) now i look at pics of it and it was a pretty cool truck :rolleyes:

    ya i know. thats why i hope my mother will buy it from me. that way if i ever want to see it or drive it again its park right beside the comet

    but my first car was a 1976 triumph spitfire. bought it when i was 14. by the time i was 16 i tryed to sit in it and i was to tall for it. im 6ft 3inchs witha size 16 shoe.
    i almost cryd watching it go. but now i have something better.

    new update!!!!!!!!

    just got home from orange city FL. where i picked up my new hood for the comet. No rust at all and "maybe" two little dings. it still has the original paint and the chrome peices. Oh and also the latch. it was just siting in his shed with no posible water to get in. Sorry for the bad pics i just got home and its like 9:30.

    thanks. work on the hood starts tomorrow. first we will weld the holes where the emblem was then fix the dents and hopfuly get it ready for prime
