I don't plan on changing anything :naughty:. I almost didn't buy it because I wanted to change it and was going to feel bad if I did, but after seeing it's condition and driving it just the way it is I just can't do it. Although I'd love to be able to even just have a 12 second car or less again, but I will keep her the way the original owner did for all those years. He owned it until 2006 when he passed away. I will change the wheels and swap them out off and on with the original ones though from time to time :)

in the 11th shot from the top do those look like lift dents to anyone else.i had my tranny rebuilt along time ago,maybe7 or 8 yrs.way before i started doing any body work and one day i was cleaning it and notice the same exact dents.i knew i was going to resto it someday and too much time had past for me to really shoot the blame at the tranny joint.the city i work for uses them for ALL transmission work ie cop cars, our water dept vehicles etc.they cut me a really good deal.so i didnt want to b*tch.but those dents looked just like mine.

Wow...you landed a very nice survivor.

It certainly looks like the original owner kept it out of the elements as much as possible. A virtually rust free Wisconsin Maverick. Amazing.

Yeah i'm guessing there was maybe a flat or something at one time and they began to jack it up at the wrong spot or maybe a shop after it happened to be looked over. Who knows  The other side is A-OK. There are two small dents that run on that same side right where the chrome trim runs along the side.

I love Mavericks more and more every day I look at them. The size, style and potential I think are great. Now I want another one that I can actually hop up a bit but I only have a two car garage lol.
