Its been a bit, but I just wanted to stop in and say that I'm working on it. My father and I dropped the gas tank out of it today. Inside of the tank is pretty rusty and the fuel line needs to be replaced but its been a fun project so far. Still a lot to do though, lots of little places here and there with some surface rust I didn't see and a few other things that need to be touched up. I just want to thank you all this forum has a lot of good info thats been a big help.

My did did give me a photo album with some pictures from when he bought the car and a bunch of pictures from when he restored it when I was very young (I didn't even remember that he restored it till I saw the pictures). When I get the chance I'll try to post a few if you all would like to see them.

My dad has a pretty big basement with a garage door leading to the back driveway. He used to restore cars for a hobby so when he built his house he built his basement for this express purpose. Works out pretty well :).

Also the Interior is is pretty good shape. Steering wheel is cracked up pretty badly, I'll probably end up replacing it. The dash is in great shape though, not a single crack in it. The original seats need to be reupholstered, but I'm not going to worry about that anytime soon. The seats in it now are in good enough for the time being.
