Thanks for the big welcome everybody!!!!
Hope to get some pictures next week.
It's not too much to look at but its coming along. Just got the 9" in and new driveshaft. I cant wait to get back to the track. Test-N-tunes start January 11'th on Sunday afternoons if the weather is OK (+40 and sunny). That is the week my jobs huge overtime is supposed to be over -- I'm ready to go blow off some steam and burn some rubber.

I actually get tomorrow off from work - YEA. No big party plans for tonight. Just going to get some rest. Tomorrow the zizz wheel comes out and the Maverick floorpans get sliced. I've got everything laid out for a set of 2 x 2 sub frame connectors.

    See ya all later.

my comet gt - last year I ran at Farmington Dragway just west of Winston-Salem when I lived in Thomasville. I moved over Thanksgiving to Greensboro and am only about 10 miles from Piedmont Dragway. Lots of Virginian's run there. It's about 1 hour south of Martinsville on 220 or Danville down 29/70. I just had to jump over to Mapquest to see where Dinwiddie is. Looks like about 3 hours away. Ricmond is a little over 4 hours from me.

Wasn't that a popular engine combo from the 80's. Oh wait that was the Clev-or. A Windsor block with Cleveland heads right? lol

Welcome Cleaver from me also. And like you my nick name was cleaver from beaver also because of my first name (Ward). you will really like it here and have a good time. Every once in awhile just post something new so Dennis can check it out, we try to throw him a carrot every now and then to keep him from going through withdrawls.:D
