I got the same email as the rest of you. I responded as soon as this posting was posted. I was told that there was one person in front of me and he was waiting on a reply from them. Does this story sound familiar to some of you??? I figured I was guarenteed at least one of the maverick gas caps with the number he had advertised. I offered to pay immediately and to pay the additonal 5% for the paypal fees.

It looks like we should have had one person just buy them all and distribute them from here.

Oh well. This is not the first time I didn't get in on a good deal and I am sure it won't be the last. I just hate when someone buys something just to turn and make a profit by flipping it/them. A black dash pad comes to mind. Watch something sell for $100 dollars and then tried to be sold the next day for $250.00. I guess I have a different outlook on stuff like this when to comes to others that I know who are looking for something nice that they would use on their car.

Watch ebay and you will soon find out were they headed and who bought them.

I'm with ya cruisin illusion. I just hope it's not a member on here trying to gouge another fellow maverick/comet enthusiast for a profit. I'd have bought them all up myself to prevent that from happening and just sold them for what I paid plus shipping. Some people don't think like us though.
