    chris and i got the drivers side header on...hind sight 20 20...now that i know how, it won't take long to do it next time.
    took one bolt out of the motor mount, jacked up motor (a little) and it slid right on...
    jacked the motor untill the fan touched the shroud.. didn't want to take it off again...three times in the last week...frank...:bouncy:

    I bet if you actually read the intructions it indicated you MUST raise the engine to install the driver side header! :rolleyes:

    i have to put pass side in first on mine, becauseif drivers side in first, cant jack up pass side because header hits steering box.

    To install my 6901 Hooker Header on the drivers side all I do is turn the steering wheel so that the pitman arm moves out of the way ...then you can just slide the header in with ease...From the bottom of coarse.

    well...i got the other one on tonight...took motor mount loose and jacked motor up...get plugs and wires on and it will be ready to take to the shop for tail pipes...frank...:bouncy:

    HMMMMMMM maybe i screwed up... everyone is using hookers-6901's... I thought heddman( 88300) was the better fit... had asked this question b4... please relieve my hesitation or confusion:huh: ... thanks in advance

    6901's fit these cars better than any header that I have ever dealt with.
