    Craig?

You think they are Monte Carlo seats?
I was guessing some type of Dodge product.
They seemed similar to what I have seen
    in 'Cudas and Challengers.

Craig, this would be a great car for your local Vo-Tech high school kids to repair. I can't say enough about the job the kids here did for me. Not counting paint I paid $212.00 for labor and materials and my car looked a lot like that one when it went in.

    Just a idea.

I would bet that seeing 9 new 100.00 dollar bills would bring that 72 Grabber home.

I agree on the price, However, from a different viewpoint.

I know nothing about the motor, and if it is truly healthy, and even built, that is a plus, and will save you a few hundred $$. If the grabber hood is as clean as it looks, it is worth 100-$300 easy. The tail pieces around $150, then it has bucket seat tracks, etc.

Besides that, and I can't tell from here, but are those cheap wheels or expensive ones? What size are they ? What kind of condition are the tires in? Good tires and wheels can easily fetch $400.

If he could be talked down to $900-1000 considering everything I said is right on, and the mechanicals are all A1, then IMO I would feel it is worth it. Hell, you can pick up a non rusted shell of a maverick practically free, you just need time and patience.

yeah, I know cragar has a style of wheel that looks like that and a few months ago when I was looking on ebay for some wheels for the comet they went for $300 for wheels only ... so.....plus they are 5 lug ..... if your close enough and can talk him down ..... still depends o the engine though .........
