    You will never get the Maverick to drive half as smooth or easy like the later model Mustangs do, short of dumping thousands of dollars into restomod parts. I restored a 67 Mustang convertible for my youngest daughter. It was almost done when she damn near totaled my 79 Bronco by being careless. Needless to say she didn't get the Mustang. Bought her a VW instead.
