There's a Ford vs. Chevy heads up race at Dezert Demonz (the airstrip during the day/street races on Friday and Sunday nights) this Saturday. There's some awesome racing out there. Couple of friends from work are running, one has a 85 GT with a blow-thru Pro Charger 302 that runs 10.6's and another has a nitroused 540 El Camino that just ran a 10.5 with no vht on the strip.

probably around 7 - gates open at 7, races are supposed to start at 8 but it's usually pretty unorganized and won't start until 9 or later.

Does your mav have black stripes? My wife said she seen a yellow mav with black stripes by Eastwood

i heard that that track sucks . how is it

 

it's cool, it's no real race track. Just a legal place to street race. Big crowds, fast cars, byob, only 7 bucks to get in. Awesome place to hang out if you're into fast cars.
