Planning An Arizona Meet

I Like it too. Great name.

 

I've been waiting for a local maverick gathering since about 1996, . Ive only met a few other maverick owners randomly over the years, one at a time. Its going to be awesome getting all of us togethor at one place. Its actually finally going to happen.

 

I finally went through and read this whole thread. I will be racing at the firebird divisional that weekend so I wont be able to go. I could might have the maverick there if you all want to drive across town to firebird haha.:evilsmile Don I'm pretty sure SIR wont be racing that weekend since its on top of the divisional but I havent seen a schedule yet.

Badmav, thats the problem with Az., there seems to be some sort of race every weekend. I'm sure we will be doing this again and hope you can make it next time.

 

I say even if you can't have your maverick there still come on by, its a maverick "meet" not just car show. LOL

 

Hey thats something you say the day OF the meet. When its better to be there carless than not at all. But for now we are supposed to say Its a car show and get your car READY.

P.S. you gotta meet adam, supper cool,lots of knowledge, and all around good guy. glad he's a member of the board and when you meet him, you will think so too.

 

Ryan, have you had any success contacting other members that have not been back to the board prior to starting this thread?

 

Look at the First post on this thread. I have kept track of who has replied to this thread or replied to my PMs. There is a "Yes" after their name if they have replied in some way. I think ther eis 18 so far. still 12 or so that have not replied in any way.

So far on the Evite we have 5 confirmed that are going, 2 maybes, and 9 invites still out. Those are the only 16 people i have got an email for.

Not bad so far. with still a couple months to go more members should reply or confirm they are going. Should be an Awesome turnout. I can't wait.

 

I am working on a project for us to have a patch or pin to remember this shindig. hopefully all go's well. if anyone has any input on this can chime in in the off topic section. "design help".

 

Ok guys, Check your email and spam box for the email from Evite about the Desert Maverick Meet. I need to keep track of those that have replied and those that I need to keep notifying about the meet until I get a response.
