Planning An Arizona Meet

I went trhough and edited the contacts on the evite to show your board name instead of email, and added your real name if I knew it. should be easier to see who is coming now.

 

Wow, dont you guys check your emails? Open your invitations already.

If I don't have your email yet then send it to me.

 

So far i count 19 of 38 confirmed yes. i have my daughter stopping by today to help send the patch image i am working on to a patch maker to get a quote on cost. My question is, with a month and a half until the meet,do you think anyone else will r.s.v.p.? this would give me a confirmed number to pass along on my order. i dont mind ordering extra, as long as i know they are going to be used. BTW if you dont know what the patch looks like, go to off topic/design help and take a look. if you have any idea's please post a.s.a.p !

The 19 out of 38 people that i have a "Yes" by their name is just confirming that they know about the meet by replying to this thread or PMs. We only have 8 or 9 that have RSVP'd through the evite. I'd hold off on the order to see what the tutn out would be.

 

Rick watch the Evite for the list of people who have RSVP'd. These are the people that have comitted to coming. Im sure the list will grow as we get closer and other will show up at the meet that never RSVP'd. But if you want to make sure you have enough patches for the guys that commited to coming then I wouldnt feel bad about those that came that didn't RSVP not getting a patch.

On a side note, What do I do with a patch? thinking maybe sew it onto my Dashmat? Or maybe glue a magnet onto the back and stick it on the dashboard like an old car show plaque.


On a different side note, It looks like Bryant and maybe Mashori will be making the drive from California, and Farmall from New Mexico, and I forget who from Nevada. Lets make sure us local guys show up to show these out of towners that they didnt waste their time.

Now that would be a good place to put a patch, on a Maverick jacket. I musst have been on one of my vacations from this place when those were being made because I totally missed it and would have got one. I don't think I'm ambitious enough or have enough free time to set up a group buy but if somebody does it I want one.

 

Well if Mo and Bryant can make it out here then I will commit to bring the Maverick even if I have to tow it. Someone should invite Erick as well. Maybe the three of them can Maverickpool! LOL
