It might be the closest thing we are going to get to one. Although I'm sure if all the California guys got togethor they could out number us. But we seem to be closer togethor (geographically) so its easier for us since california is so spread out. But if this keeps getting bigger I hope more california guys will make the trip.

Rick I see 15 confirmed replied on the Evite, 16 if you count Bryant saying Mashori will come with him. the 21 people on the first post that I put "Yes" next to is just keeping track of who I have confirmed contact with in some way and that they know about it and potentially will attend but have not confirmed in any way.

Maybe when we get together for this one we could talk about having a Fall get together for the West Coast and make it a 2 or 3 day event. Keep some dates in mind. We ould find a host Motel and plan a few outings. Cruises and BBQ or something like that.:)

That sounds good Don. But for now I'm lucky to find just one night I can get out with my car and go to a show. working 2 jobs and a baby takes alot of my time. I wouldn't have the time to plan something like that, that's why I kept this one simple and free. There is a big show the weekend before our meet at the Cardinals stadium but I didn't want to have people have to pay and register and all that mess.

A Roundup/Gathering type meet would be great to have in Phoenix though. I'd never have the time or money to trailer my car out east. We could have a big BBQ at one of the Mountain parks, have a cruise to Pleasant or Bartlett Lake. And of course go piss off some Scottsdale yuppies and cruise old town Scottsdale.

that would be sweeeeet! count me in for the fall. i might even have the car ready for that one!
ryan, give me a idea of when "we" will have a confirm date cut off. what i mean is, a sure date to say this is how many patch's will be made. the manufacture has said it will take 2 weeks at 25 patches and one week to deliver. so im thinkin jan 15?

Jan 21st give us 4 weeks before the weekend of the meet. You think that would work? or do you want an extra week and order them on the 15th? Either way just order for the number of people that have definitely confirmed they are going, although I'm sure more will show up.

Is it going to be round or rectangle? I assume you are talking about the embroidered type patch? maybe they can make the Maverick logo out of silver thread to duplicate chrome.
