The worse chance for rain is looking likie around 1-2pm, the chances get lighter after 3pm so dont get scared off if it starts to rain this afternoon. See you guys there, and might even see a couple Mavericks.

We'll see you there. Ruth came home last night after her flight came in. Seems they cancelled the racing at SIR today.:)

I never could understand why arizonans are so afraid of the rain (I've lived here for over 20 years)... all you have to do is pay attention... personally I think heavy winds are more dangerous than rain, flying debris...

I don't know if anybody is afraid of the rain here, but its definitely not ideal weather for a Car show/meet. Of all days to have a show, I guess next time somebody else gets to pick the day cause my luck isn't so good.

I'm even going to bother vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car like i planned on today. Not goingto be as many people and not as nice weather to hang out around the cars. Atleast its waxed so will still look good if it gets wet.

Weather.com shows its down to 45% chance of rain at 3pm and 20% chance at 4pm. Still shows 60% in the evening but its been going down during the day. It might just blow over, and I mean blow cause its awfully windy right now.

Lot of wind here too. Not sure we'll be bringing the car but we will definitely be there.:)

March and October are usually pretty good months weather wise. If we decide to do this twice a year maybe we should shoot for these months?

Yeah, it's scaring me off as well. It's coming down bad enough here that I wouldn't be able to get the car on the trailer easy with the slicks. I'm still coming, but I'm afraid that the Maverick will have to stay home. Anyone that wants to see it is welcome to come over, but it's going to stay in its cocoon for this one. I'm really dissapointed but with all the piping for the intercooler going through the cowl, it would be a disaster inside if it is out in the rain. And to think how much work I could have saved myself if not for the deadline! LOL We do have to set up another one though, maybe not so far out and make a rain date as a backup just in case!

With all the wind blowing I'm not crazy about running up the freeway with a trailer behind me. Hasn't blown like this in a long time. See you there though.:)
