If you can use the 4 bolt that would be better for me if thats ok. I can bring it with me on saturday. I will be racing the next 3 weeks in a row so I dont want to take the race car apart right now.
    Would that work for you?

Um...I am jumping in at page 113. PAGE 113, not POST 113. DAMN, this is a long thread.

    When is this meet?

I may be out in Palm Springs on weekend of 4/23...

Hey Adam...I just emailed the guy to see if he is a member on here.

I noticed he's over here in Tempe like me. I'll post back if he responds.

And did you notice that it hasn't rained SINCE the last meet??? Two whole months, go figure. It only seems to rain when we decide to get together.

I'm not going to say nothing Tony. Not one thing, not at all........... Until the meet. Atleast I made the rain stop long enough for the last one.

    WARNING CAR RELATED CONTENT:

Any of you guys who have used a roller motor in your car still have the stock dipstick and tube? Need one for my brothers Falcon, 86 5.0 block. He's running a Mustang II suspension and fox body oil pan. Now that we got the new engine running we want to use the dipstick that goes through the block instead of the stupid conversion one that came with the M-II kit that goes through the pan at an angle so bad it dosn't read the oil.

The meet is this weekend, but if your coming into town that weekend just let us know. Lots of good car shows to see on a weekly basis around here, I'm sure myself or one of the other guys would not mind showing you around town for a bit ;)

Just know that Palm Springs is not really a short drive, not sure If your flying into PHX or Ontario.

    Either way let us know.:yup:

And huh shows 29 pages for me, must be a different setting in user

I will send you a text when I get home, I think I have one not sure of how good of shape its in since I unloaded the block from the back of my truck with a good kick and a tire to catch it

As long as the dipstick tube isn't kinked we can use it. It is going to be persuaded to go a little different direction than stock anyways.

My brother should be bringing his 65 Falcon up to the show on Sat. Here's the only pic I have with it, its stil the same but with more upgrades under the hood. He has a pretty similar setup to mine, 5.0 roller short block, Trick Flow heads, Edelbrock intake/carb, MSD Dist. and box, AOD transmission. Except he is running 3.50 gears and I am running 3.89. Plus he has a stock cam still.
