Radiator Woes ;(

    jeri they can pressure test it in the car. most local shops have a pressure tester. if you are on a budget, maybe try using that silver radiator leak fixer. before you do i'd first dissconnect the heater hoses, cut some heater hose about a couple feet long and hook 'em up to the engine where the hoses usually go. this way you won't plug up your heatercore while you are "treating" the radiator. good luck.

    if they pressure test the radiator, also have them pressure test the cap at the same time. they can do it all in the car. :)

    Thanks for the advice guys. Luckily my heater core is disconnected and to the best of my knowledge plugged off. The cap is relatively new, like maybe only two months old. Thanks I am going the beginning of next week. Hopefully she will hold out long enought. Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy the long weekend!
