Red Reset button, Whats up with that?

    On our cars it should be the hot term and the front most small terminal on the solenoid.

    Use a tester to see if any of the wires to the switch are hot all the time. If so, you only need to run 1 wire to the small terminal next to the battery post on the starter relay. If none of them are hot, run the second wire from the battery post on the starter relay.

    Sure. 'Done that plenty o' times. I get a smiliar rush of adrenaline when I put my finger in the #1 sparkplug hole and rotate the crank to find TDC. "POOF!" :eek: :D

    haha I've done both of those things
    Screwdriver starter, finger compression block, etc
    I once stoled my own truck, lost the keys while out camping.
    Just ran a wire from the battery to the coil, then started it with the screwdriver.

    When I wore diapers I had to use a 7/8" open wrench to bump mine over.:rofl2: Now I use a .... nevermind:D :rofl2:

    Andy, I stoled my own Maverick the other day right outa' my own driveway basically the same way, 'cept I had to get more creative with putting it in gear with the shifter stuck in "Park" 'cuz of no key. :D
