Our braces are just for Maverick and Comets,,,,, Maybe the mustang vendors can use the Maverick on the Mustang,,,, That would be a new twist,,Lol

How about Torque Boxes? I've had a few Mavericks that were missing them.

Dave by the time we are done,, I think the only parts we wont be making will be the seats,, I have 92 parts I am working on at this point, we are bringing 10 out in the next 10 days, Tooling and designing that tooling is a major payne and cost,,,But I am not kidding when I say we will have just about the entire car,,,,

That's amazing ... how are you able to do what nobody else would even touch. Obviously you can't be making the parts by hand ... I assume you have some serious presses and machinery to be designing this stuff and stamping it out. Are you planning on doing stuff like FULL 1/4 panels instead of just the skins. How about hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc? I have heard just creating the die of a full 1/4 panel for the press could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. More power to you but I just amazing that you can get this stuff done. You guys happen to find a warehouse full of the original Maverick tooling by chance? :)

I'm with Dave on the Torque Boxes. :yup: For us folks up here in the rust belt, rotten torque boxes are the norm. Even though we know how to make them ourselves, it would save a whole lot of time if we could just buy them already made and ready to weld in.

I am a Naval arhitectural engineer,,and have some of the finast Fab shops available to me,, so its not hard when we design and make things for the auto industry factories already,,, Have faith,,, it takes one part lets do it and all on board,, and I dont let little things slow my forward motion on getting things done.. so the end results are the parts that are being ready for market this weekend,, #1 inside trunk braces #2 70 to 73 battery tray braces,,, #4 74to77 battery tray braces,, #5 RT inner frame rails,,, #6 RT outer frame cover for the 74-77 ,,, I dont really explain much,,, I let my actions and do the talking,, so when we get to all the parts that are planned,,,we can build new Mavericks,,,,,,

P.S Stefan can you sticky the gas tank thread,,,,

wish you had come along last year. spent the past year and a half collecting rust free panels and still dont have everything that i need. im going to check out a drivers side door this week and other then that i need to patch the bottom of my passenger side fender(or a whole new one) and i'll be good to go. my rear valence is beat up so when you finish those i'll be getting one, hopefully it wont be an arm and a leg or atleast a little lower then current marke value.
