You did not say if those are Pinto or Mav tracks.

If they are Pinto, they will put the seats way too far back in the car.

He didn't say, I talked to this guy on the phone last week and he sounds like an eccentric. He's not charging me much for them, 10 bucks plus shipping. There's that much difference in the Pinto?

I ran Pinto seat tracks for a long while until I finally got some Mav units. I am 6'1" and had to drive with the seat set on the second notch all the way forward. All the way back puts you almost in the back seat. You have to drill new rear holes a couple inches back too, and come up with some supports inboard to level the seats ... not good.

That doesn't sound feasable, I'm only 5'8', I'd have to put blocks on the pedals. I've been scouring EBAY for Mav tracks, no such animal there.
If you hear of any PLEASE let me know.

Well, I ripped out the bench seat and used the tracks from it on one bucket. I had to fabricate some risers but it worked out quite well. It's good enough until, or if, I can get the proper ones. But now I need another set for the passenger side.
So if someone has a set of pre'75 BENCH seat tracks at a reasonable price, I'm needy.

I should probably have a set. Email me directly (see below) if I can help.

I need to know the, TRACK TO SEAT, bolt spread measurement for '75 Granada buckets. This seat track thing is starting to drive me up a wall. :dizzy:

Watch those Granada buckets ... I have seen them be two different patterns ... driver seat different than passenger ... very weird ...

This whole track thing is weird, the guy who wrote the catch phrase "Ford Has A Better Idea" certainly was not refering to seat tracks.
