Autokrafters sells two sizes, go with the shorter ones. I think they offer 3-1/2" and 4". I got the 4" first and they were too tall. Sent them back and got the 3-1/2" and they were stock sized. Also got new 4-leaf springs from JC Whitney, but I hear there is a backorder on them or something, nowadays. I also have a little rubbing on my 255/60r15 but I installed Cal-Trac bars to limit up-and-down movement and now it doesn't sink deep enough to hit the tire. My a$$ isn't jacked way up, because I tend to like the low and wide stance, tucking the tires as much as possible.

Do the shackle kits come with bushings? I actually need front and rear rear spring bushings while I'm at it.
I'm running 295/50's on the back of mine No rubbing. Wheels are 15 x 10's with a 5" Backspace. I did roll the fender lips and install the aforementioned helper sprigs though too.
Bushings sold separately, and are a MUST. Most of ours are pretty messed up after 35 years, if they are even there at all. They are cheap. And like Blu said, you only need to buy the rear ones at the shackles, the front ones come pressed into the springs.
Thanks for all the comments guys, with tax time rolling around I might have enough to replace the springs and possibly add another spring to them. Alot of you are saying go for it but even more is saying not to...lol I dont know who to listen to. But if I get new springs then I shouldnt need the shackles...I need to find out what Im getting back on taxes.
That blue and yellow racer looks cool. A bit high for me, but maybe that's how it has to be. I plan on rolling my lips AND I wear 14s... I like this thread, I feel like getting mine back on the ground now. I wanna see what kinda height I have now that I put 4 leaf springs in.
most of those "old racers" didn't jack their cars up. They lowered the front and opened the wheel wells up. The car becomes too unstable when it is raised. You do get more weight transfer but the steering goes away under acceleration and the back end gets loose when braking.
