    the hood tach is from JC Whitney. what can I say... I liked it. I dont think it will be going back.

    yep, clear coated... or atleast it was.

    I like the hood tach too (y)

    I think it is sitting to far forward on the hood....but definitely a cool piece!

    Holes are already there, good location for a tach, why change it?

    I dont remember the part number, and I dont have a JC whitney here with me, sorry. But I do remember that it was supposed to be a Ponitac look alike, for GTO's and the like.

    I dunno if you want this one, you cant really see it too well, but its fogged on the inside, its not really that good of a quality. There might be a better one that looks the same, I havent really looked into it.

    yeah, I do like it too, but with some changes that I want, I think it would look weird. I want to do an EFI buildup, and I want a fuel pressure gauge outside on the cowl, along with a boost gauge next to it. so with those two, and the hood tach where it is, I dunno. maybe a round triple set with fuel, boost and tach, all the same size. but Im glad to here that you guys think it looks pretty good. thanks!
