    Very easy to see with the kick panel removed

    I discovered something else.

    I removed the dash to fix the lights (I'm fixing lights and cleaning contacts everywhere now). That lower opening in the gauge cluster does say "Fasten Seat Belts." It has a hole for a bulb, but no bulb, and no contacts on the printed circuit! So that dangling red/yel wire was probably never hooked to anything.

    The backup lights are the last holdout. Onward!
