good seeing you again dave great weekend working/talking/working on mavs!the car looks great, with just the right stance .now i know where to cut mine after using daves car for a test subject .just kidden dave!plenty of room under the front wheels,in turns.car looks wicked in person.
You have the front down about where mine is (but I have much stiffer springs, from a 351 car of some sort). Your front wheels fill the wheel wells up nicely. What are your front and rear tire sizes? Now if I could just get a paint job even half as nice as yours... Looks great, doing a good job. That car won't end up on a "Don't Mess With Texas Sign"
Those fronts would have to be 165/70s to fill up the wheel well like that. Mine are 195/70 and look like Ford Festiva tires put on there.
not sure all they say is 165r15 metric z speed rated got a deal at firestone 60 bucks mount and bal out the door
look nice, either way. I need something like that to fill my wheel wells. Or buy and restore a Ford Festiva and put my current wheels on it
Looks great Dave. I think I trip to the a-lign-ment shop may need to be scheduled. Looks really great!!!!
Gonna be starting a upper/lower ball joing change and am contemplating cutting a coil off the springs also. Did you have any exhaust/header clearance problems underneath? Right now I've got approx. 6" of clearance.
if you take one round i cant see where you would be to low but but i would say start at 3/4 look at it then more if need or want it lower
