I did have a 1973 about 10 years ago. It was originally a White 2-door, blue interior, blue vinyl top, 302 with a 3 on the tree. Painted it Grabber blue, added a Grabber hood, spoiler and sport mirrors. Put an LDO interior in it. Had a 88 roller 5.0 rebuilt and put that in there with a C4 and B&M shifter. 3.55 posi rear too. I'll see if I can find the pics. Sold it in 1995 and met the guy last year that I sold it too. Said he had totaled it in a wreck years ago but it was a great car while it lasted.

    Nope ... my history is:

    74 Comet 2-door, LDO, 250/3spd - daily driver - sold it
    73 Maverick 2-DR above - sold it
72 Grabber 302/4spd - restored show car - sold it
70 Maverick 250 C4 - all original and was gonna restore it - rear ended a Cadillac and junked it
72 Grabber - tore it apart and sold to Hawko
    71 Grabber - current
    74 Maverick 2-DR - current

Sold the 74 Comet cause it was falling apart ...
Sold the 73 to fund a Motorcycle purchase (95 Intruder 800)
Sold the first 72 Grabber to fund my sons birth ...

Here are the only two pics I have of my other 72 Grabber ... once pic is pretty beat up. I had a lot more pics my I think my ex-wife took em ..

When I began the project on my 1971 my goal was to make it nicer than my yellow 72 Grabber since I really didn't want to sell it but my son was worth the trade. In my opinion the 71 Grabber did come out nicer ...

To give you an idea on how nice it was I sold it for $7500 to a guy in Texas back in 1999 ... before the current Maverick hype ..

I never knew that was your old Grabber!

Somewhere I had what I believe was that car saved
as a pic. I found it online and it shaked as if it were
    running.

    Cool!

You want it dark green? I can help you out. Two questions for XRS:

    1. How well did that 1967 Mustang front valance fit?
    2. Do you have larger versions of the Car Craft Maverick you have posted on your Car Domain website? Could you email them to me if you do? Thanks ...

NO not green. Grey and Black.

The 67 valance needed some work. I had to use some angle aluminum bars to straighten it out and then some plumbers tape to make it level.

This is where I got the picture from. http://www.hotrod.com/roadtests/67119/index.html
