thinking about selling my maverick

I agree with John. If you find out who it is, confront them in a respectful manner. If they get hostile on you, get the Police involved. Just don't do anything they could use against you.

I personally would take pictures of any damage they do to your car in the future before fixing it. That way you can show the cops what they have done.

Borrow a video camera and set it up. If you can catch them on tape, you can sue for damages as well as file police reports. I would never give in. Get rid of the car and they will find something else to destroy. By selling the car your treating the symptoms rather than the problem.

 

they would do the same thing to this car. so why not just put the car you have now in the garage

 

Yeah man if you let down, then that person will think you're weak and only try and mess with you more. I think it's a great idea to put a camera out, that way to have proof. To me it sounds like your still in school and it's some punks messin' with you. I've gone through it and I highly recommend that you stand up for yourself and take action. Set up traps, leave your car outside on purpose to catch him. Most important of all is if he is caught, don't be all cocky the next day or next day at school or w/e because what will happen is that the news will travel around along with your name and then if the kid has friends then it could turn for the worst.

You can buy a vid camera for cheap these days. You might just be surprised who you end up seeing on the tape. It is somebody that knows you and has a personal problem with you. It could be a local bully or somebody you trust and is jeolous of you for some reason and isn't man enough to talk about it and work through the issue. If you give up on this over such a small problem that can be corrected in time with a bit of effort, What else will you pass up or let pass you by ? My advice keep on mavericking !!!!!!!!

 

ohh ya im staying maverick and since i told the person i thought was doing it to leave my car alone and that i put a video tape up in my window and put my blinds a foot up to make it look like i did. no one has messed with it but on the trunk my 1/2 inch line( where it looks like they cut it with a key) did dig into the steel but ill put a lil bondo and smooth it out and it will be ok i have big plans for my maverick BIG PLANS
