Took some parts to the powder coaters...

    It should fit right on. I'll know better this weekend, hopefully. From pictures I saw it looks like the Mopar cap only has 3 mounting holes. The Eelco had 5 mounting holes that lined right up with the holes in the Maverick fill pipe. Biggest problem looking at replacement caps has been the diameter. The Maverick rear panel has about a 4-3/8" high raised section that the cap should fit onto and not overhang to look right. Most aftermarket caps are 5" or more or 3" or less. The Mopar cap as shown is 4" diameter. Of course, Chrysler originally had a huge trim ring that fit around this cap that I won't be using. When (if) I get it on I'll post pics.
