Turbo charged 300 straight-6 in a mav!!!!!!

    This is really cool i didnt even think a 300 would fit. Does anyone know the weight difference between a 300 i6 and a 302?

    that is awesome! I had thought about putting a 300 in a maverick, but never thought about turbo.

    thats my 71 at a track rental in ny don't know how the pics ended up in ill. :hmmm: best et 11.90@112.73 enclosing carb dosn't change pressure on floats brass still won't work unless brass was ass. atmopher . sheetmetal tower brace don't do much anyway as we all know from what happens when these car rot. in this case the towers are supported through the fire wall to cadge 1.250 cm. as for boost 22lbs race gas 13 pump

    How to and How much

    I got a 4x4 pickup 1990 ford 6cyl I want to turbo charge it! Right now i'm in DE but I live in OK. Anybody can recommend a shop to do this?

    OK That is what was bouncing around in my head but then there was that little goofy guy in the back corner of my brain that was trying to tlel me that the track that he goes to has a car that you could rent for the day to race at their track.LOL

    Neat car!

    Braces - I ran mine for a couple days back in the 70s without the supports, felt like the front end was gonna fall off. Could be because mine is a 1970 with no belly bar or tower reinforcements and wasn't intended to hold a V8. But it sure made for a scary ride.
