Getting back to your cage for a moment. I was wondering what diameter tubing you used and what is the wall thickness? I'm planning a cage somewhat like yours and I don't want to overkill it because of the weight factor. Your car looks great. (y)

Looks great. And I can tell by your choice of gear that you've done your homework.

    Thanks Rick...we shall see...
Mav, how fast are you planning on going?
Erick, you know you are the fastest Maverick around. You got the chebbies afraid of you....:yippee:

Ya'll should have seen that seat before. I had to chop the legs down to mock up some gauges. So now I have this little bitty chair in the garage. Smoooth...

By the way, we should be putting a rack in as well. (y)

Basically driven on the street. Mostly for show, no drag strip. I was thinking along the lines of 1 1/2 x .065 wall. What do you think?

Now is that seat NHRA approved? You know how they can be real picky about those things. Watch out for the neighbors. If one of them gets pissed at your work they'll call the EPA in Cal have you fined for that spray painting. She's looking good, the car too.
