    Yes, but keep in mind that the casting "code" (actually the engineering numbers you're referring to) were often used for parts in more than a single model year. Like the well known E7TE heads which were in production for 11 years.. The date code is the only reliable indicator of the year of the part. The year number in the date code is tied to the year in the engineering numbers. And the vehicle indicated is too, not a definite indicator of what vehicle the engine or part was originally installed in.

    The 170, 200, 250, 302, 302 HO, 351W rocker cover is 3-5 ft/lb.

    This is out of the 1971 shop manuals.
