    You beat me to it.:)
    Put a straight edge on the t.cover before you install the next pump. Did someone clean it with a die grinder and cookie wheel. Our apprentices are terrible for this. Those cookie wheels are nasty on Alum.

    is the water pump cracked:D

    my thermostat housing was cracked and did the same thing
