Hey all, just an update... Turns out it needed a dizzy cap! Swapped it out and it fired right up... Then I rebuilt the trans cuz it lost 3rd gear LOL! She's running well now though haha Thanks again for all the help guys!
i found some amazing things in my radiotor when i took it off the other day. 99% sure a penny fell out of it.
LMAO I found a ton of rust in mine and a couple black widows in my spare when I took it outta my trunk haha
Still dosen't explain why gas overflows out of your carb while cranking it over. I would want to get to the bottom of that.
I have a feeling the new fuel pump I got might be pulling more pressure than stock.. I'm gonna get a fuel pressure gauge(one of those ones that mounts right in the line) and get a regulator if thats the problem... The weird thing is, the car bogs sometimes when I get on it.. Maybe it's running too rich?
