Planning on the bumper swap, and then start getting everything sanded and primed, hopefully painted before summer. Still got to pull heater box and put new core and evaporator in, been putting that off, dread taking out the box. I want a new carb, too. And still need new[er] tires before I make any long trips. Bad thing about not having a shop to work in, I'm at the mercy of the weather, and it's either been too cold or raining when I've been off work. May end up looking like a twin to Patches for a while longer :D. And if the money doesn't pick up, I know it will!

Next step for my blue one is the paint stripping/lead work(I like to metal finish my patches/welds) Pull engine...prep engine compartment for paint(again)Prime... sand...prime...sand some more get body smooth and in final primer coat.Prep chassis for paint/undercoating.If time permits...Disc brake swap/T-5 swap and put the GT-40 heads on the engine. My timeline should have me painting it in September/october.Spring of 2010 should see re-assembly and putting it back in service so I can drive it again...Then I start on the Sprint.

Get the 347 in her and get 'er running w/ the C6, then once shes running, may pull the motor out and buy the toploader from my cousin. Then eventually I want aluminums heads, because eventually I want 'er running N/A 10's but still be street legal.

    1) New interior (halfway there ...)

    2) Determine the internal condition of the motor and figure out what to do from there. If it is just rings and bearings, it stays. Anything more involved, it will be time for the "Phase III" motor ...

    3) Get some driving time in and get it back to the track a few times. Poor thing has been sitting too long while I remodeled our house.

    Well lets see...

    1977 Ford Maverick 2dr:
Swap in the 88 5.0/AOD I have leaving the EFI setup
Get a decent exhaust setup on the car
Get 70's style side stripes removed
    Tint windows
    Maybe have the seats redone

    1973 Ford Maverick 2dr:
Get it cleaned out good and extra weight removed
    Mini Tub
    Shave shock towers
Modify dash by welding up a/c control panel hole and any extras to make a smooth look
address slight rust issues which arent that bad at all
and thats all I'm shooting for on it but there is much more that I am planning on doing to it.

    1990 Crx Si:
Get the dang thing running so I can work on my other cars and drive it .

Far too many hunters out to take it from me:hmmm:
