    Began my 4 day weekend by building my last couple of roll cage bars. Made a crazy looking "S" shaped front crossbar by bending up 2 seperate bars and then sleeving them back together. I wanted to build this bar so it would be completely hidden within the dash board. I also built 2 tubes that go forward to the firewall and pick up my 2 downtubes in the engine bay tieing them into the main cage - now to get my original dash to fit like the dummy template dash :dizzy:

    Tacked everything together so my "real" welder buddy can get to work :yup:

    Got my new rear suspension from calvert racing today also got my sequincial(sp) flasher kit for my caprice taillights.was raining and 48 today so didnt wok on the car

    Ordered dash cap and just now ordered carpet samples to match color with, yesterday went to paint store and got interior paint/dye and some tape and checked on color choices for the exterior paint, going back soon for more supplies, spending money for the Grabber is FUN!!:yahoo:

    got the car backed into and then the driver of the offending truck drove away. it was at a bank and everything was caught on tape.
