what are they doing for you to say that?
I have taken my hood hinges off and hit all the hinge rivits with a punch. this will swell the rivit and tighten up the hinge...:thumbs2:

Ok I'll try that... They are loose enough to let the hood rub the cowl when I rase it... I have good gaps all the way around but falls tord the cowl when I lift it....

sounds like a hinge adjustment...you can about put the hinge anywhere and it will still open. just need to get it where when it breaks over the hood doesn't hit the cowl.

just from habit i pull my hood foward when opening it.
as a rule...no one but me opens my hood...:yup:

caution...remove the hood latch before adjusting hood.

    ...:thumbs2:...

Mine did that before I punched the rivets over like Frank. It did fix it. Surprising how much the hood moves around with some play in the rivets. I found a set of NOS hinges, now its perfect. I still pull the hood forward like Frank though. Its habit now from the old hinges.

Do you have the rubber hood bumpers at the back of the hood screwed into the cowl?

Test fit these wheels and tires, they fit with 1/4" spacer.
