    Went to tech inspection.. Passed.. Breaker fOr my alternator broke..as I drove into the pits.. Got it fixed for the weekend and untill I get a new one when the weekend is over.. Racing starts tomorrow 8am.- this is a 2 day event here

    Ok, I feel like Russ.................this is the LAST time I am putting the motor back in it's place.........................and this is the first time I have done it alone................If I don't post a picture with the motor in the car you can send flowers..........................

    Cleaned up the engine bay (finished cleaning it) started on the underside with the wire brush and primer will finish tonight after work, tomorrow paint going on engine bay and underside.....gotta hurry, can't get engine gasket set until Tuesday, engine going in later this coming week!!

    Had a head gasket failure with those MLS gaskets..................so went back to the FelPro Perma Seal....................................with the head studs it's such a pain to remove them in the car...............so pulled the motor one more time.................................getting it back in alone is a real.......son-of-a-gun.

    Engine is now back in its resting place. Long hard day and 5 hours later everything is secure.:whew:
    Now.............................to get everything else attached so I can go out and have some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:burnout:
