Got most of the masking tape off after my krylon paint job, re-assembled the back of the car so I hope the HOA will get off my back. I just wish I could have afforded to have it painted properly.

Nope it's a standard tank but four gallons reads an eighth of a tank in it, I hope when I burn two gallons it reads empty so I have a reserve.

My next response was gonna be "I want to see pictures". LOL Same with mine. After I emptied the tank and installed a new float on the sending unit I found the gauge didn't start to move until I poured in more than 2 gallons. I've even driven it with the needle to the left of "Empty" (heading to Roundup last year on the Ohio turnpike, gas plaza was closed for renovations. On empty and 25 miles to the next one. I was sweating).

A litle cushion on fuel would be nice, on my Blue Grabber when it read empty..it was empty!
I ran out of gas in it once and that was enough.

Finally had to replace the battery in my Maverick. Went to get gas and the car died at the gas station. The guy next to me in a classic Jaguar was kind enough to give me a jump start and then it was off to Car Quest. That battery had only been in the car since 1999. Not bad for a 60 month Interstate battery. :D Lets see if the new one last as long.

took my radiator and fan off to fit in a new aluminum radiator with dual electric fans.
well after putting the radiator down in the hole I figured out its too thick to fit right in place  so Im going to think it over tonight and possibly trim the radiator support where the factory bolts go to make room for the new radiator.
the way it sits now it hits the cross member braces and the hood wont close

I installed my front bumper spacer, bumper, rear window trim, painted and installed front valance. tried to remove the grill but the turn signals don't want to unplug... reshaped the hood trim (was dented/crushed). Did a little paint touch up.

I had to trim my rad support to fit my rad aswell, sits under the top flange, has tabs welded to it to bolt up to the support.. Also had to trim the bottom ALOT wasn't muh room left for all my wires there.. So be careful of that or you can do what others have done and run your wires across the firewall and around..then you could bring it ahead quite a large distance.
