not until you get all the uprights and crossmember welded into place. Basically making a frame sandwich. lol

all but...the crossmember and the two pieces of angle iron at the ends of the crossmember... that's what boxes the frame at that point....:yup:

:yup: the parts that Frank mentions have to be fully welded into the frame rails - no bolts involved - yet

that looks good..if i recall you were having welder issues..turned out awesome, wish i had all of that stuff infront of me though, could basically have it made from scratch in half a day! instead im stuck with stock/rebuilt.

I put everything I could of parts in the car. Even the door I purchased from KillerComet. Waiting on the truck to move to Colorado Springs.

    Nothing...

I did replace all four ball joints, tail pipe and do a couple other small things to my beater '96 F-150 so I could get it through state inspection, it passed so I'm happy...(sticker expired end of Sept)... Now I can get back to work on the Comet...

Put the new clutch cable on, it's a heavier one than I had, Advance didn't have the replacement one like the old one so I got upgraded! FREE REPLACEMENT!

sounds like a deal to me!

I went down to pick-up my new cam and they tried to charge me 50 bucks more than they quoted and told me they were sorry but thats what it is...ill prob buy it direct now.. then i went to the blaster, blasted for like 3 hours, took a bunch of parts to the powder coater... should have them back tomorrow. made new passenger side seat brackets, going to make new for the driver side also, when i sit in it at the moment with my helmet it hits the headliner. Cal-Tracs might even arrive this week..doubt it though due to christmas coming up...IT'S COMING TOGETHER THOUGH!! everyday i work on it is just that much closer to being back together.
