    painted my aluminum valve covers.. went black, the natural aluminum is way too hard to keep clean.

    Removed the shock tower braces (chipped and orange) and painted them satin nickel.

    Replaced my radiator overflow tank (an antifreeze jug :) ) with a billet aluminum tube overflow tank.

    Put them in my truck and drop off at local Powder coater LOL not sure he said something about using a etching chemical then the powder coating

    1972 came home from the shop one last time today. Assembly at her final resting place will continue. Lot's of bad luck got her back in the paint shop for over a month. More $$$$ . Long story which I will post details later along with some questions. Getting there slowly and hopefully in time for spring melt.

    Yes, that is a modified stock rear spoiler. Cutout 1/2 the pipe diameter and welded in a metal rod to create the lip. The idea came from this forum, someone with a light blue Maverick if I remember right????.
