    MSD 8.8 Wires

I gained .7 in the 1/4 mile from upgrading the ignition system.
    It cost roughly $800

For me, the best and most sensible was the complete wiring change with the Ron Francis wiring kit. Lights and turn signals actually work like they're supposed to. Swap to V8/T5, 4 wheel disc, electronic ignition, and positraction gear. Makes the car a lot of fun to drive.:)

I wouldn't call this the BEST mod I've done, but everyone has already mentioned the big ones. One of the most convenient things I did was convert my regular filler neck to an UNLEADED filler neck - no more back splash on the tail light panel. :thumbs2:

ever tried to drive a 4 wheel drum brake car in the rain in today's traffic?

once you have, you'll see why disc brakes are the way to go... ;)

Yes, they don't compare to discs. But, you're not the only one keeping drums. My Grabber is a 4-lug drum brake car with 53K original miles - and it's staying that way. :D If you're building it and don't care about whether it's year correct - discs are the way to go!
