    I was born in 1958 and remember my 1974 Maverick when it was new. I was old friends of the family, the car was bought at Ken Moore Ford Richardson Tx 5min from where me and the car live now.

    I was born in 1956 but, I didn't become alive until 1974! That year I took delivery of a new '74 Maverick Grabber. That changed everything and its still good.

    I was born in 72. I have a 72 Grabber and a 72 Pinto. Both are in good condition and both run great.

    They Made a 66 Comet I believe... It just wasn't the Comet that looked like the Maverick... Was more like the Galaxie that year..hehehhee

    Why do you have to just stare at it and not drive it? Is is not running or is it one of them "pretty show cars" that you only drive on special occasions?
