4k is not too far out of line for a car that will pass inspecton in some
North East states. MD, VA, NY for example. These places inspect everything.
Absolutly no fluid leaks. All bushings in good order. No engine modifications(for inspection)
Must be stock. I was advised not to put on a dual exaust until AFTER inspection,
since it would not pass as modified.
Assuming, this is not a rusted out POS.
Now for the inflamitory statement. Most of these Yankees could care less about
rights and freedom. They tolerate the intrusive beuracracy and are willing
to pay for it.
