I have 2.79 behind my 302 with C4 and 26in. tires and 2700rpm is about 75mph with 3.40's you will be lucky to get 60pmh at 2700rpm, and 80mph will be more like 3700rpm. That is why I am waiting until I get my T-5 in before I switch to 3.55's.
: Here is what I have come up with. I'm gonna put my 3.40 in, which with a 26 inch tall tire, I should be running 2700 rpm at 80 mph. The speedometer will be off, until I can find the drive gear for the speedometer. Good luck....
