Yea, I have a 1967 289 Mustang and it looks runs and handles pretty good but, my wife hogs it up. it has working AC and cost Me, 2,500.
71 Maverick 200 -I6 cost me 400 and I drive it to work daily,
76 Maverick 275 with a 302 that Is going to get pulled this week end. Would have pulled it last week end but the guy that I rent tools from only has one cherry picker and I didn't get to him first.
My point is they both look cool, but the pony is a bit more expensive but the parts are easier to come by. A bunch of stuff is interchangable but not everything. For the cost I would say keep the Maverick and Cherry it out. In the next 15 Years Mavs will be EVERY BIT as collectable as any Muscle car.
