I just bought a '72 Maverick and I am looking for advise on a couple
of things.First, I need to repair some dents in the front fenders, but
the dents are on top of older repair work. Do I need to remove 100%
of the old Bondo before hammering and filling the dents, or just the cracked areas?
Second, what is the BEST transmission fluid and motor oil (brand and type) to use.
Multipurpose ATF (claims to be compatible with C-4) or specific type F?
Mobil 1 was recommended to me for motor oil. Should I be concerned about using synthetic oil?
I have zero info from the previous owners about what was used.
The motor is a 200.
