Question on horn piece

I am in need of some info on the horn piece on a 71 maverick grabber. The horn itself is okay.
I need the piece that goes on the middle of the steering wheel. Anyone know what this piece is called and how to connect it?

Also just to mention that I have recently found this site. Its great to find other Maverick owners.
I have a 1971 grabber. Six cylinder. Bought it in 1981.
Its now ready to be painted and rebuilt. Used to be a work car for me. Has the grabber hood. Another question is about the engine. It has over 96,000 on it.
Should I replace the motor or should I have it rebuilt.
Then its time to work on the body!
