Yes the T-5 is smaller around than the C4 and the same length. It has internal shift linkage and only need one hole for the shifter to go threw. It will bolt up to the early modle 302 with out changing anything to the T-5 bell housing and you can use the late modle starter. you will need a 28oz. 157 tooth fly wheel though, the ones on the 5.0's are 50oz. 157 tooth fly wheels. The only problem with the T-5 or the Tremec is the clutch, I'm still trying to work this out so I'll let you know.
: does anyone think that a world class T5 or tremec TKO would fit in easily?
