The converter blew out of my Maverick, so I ordered a new one. Anyway its a little looser then stock (B&M Torkmaster 2000) that should have around 1800-2100 stall. I still run 3.00 gears with a tractionlock. would 3.50 gears work with my combination ok? And will my tractionlock wirk with the 3.50s or do I need another one for it? Its still an 8" BTW. I'm trying not to totally kill my milage which has been pretty good so far, but want a little more get up and go off the line. DOes Ford still have the correct gears for my speedometer for use with lower gears? I'm running 235-60 14s on the back with factory slots.
