Actually , it happens even if everything is off.I got the problem to happen and the starter relay pops , but I believe the origin is under the dash somewhere.The radio wires are all in tact, one of my probelms is getting under the dash to the headlight switch , there isn't any room under there.I'll go look at the wiring diagram and then repost.
