Thank you both for the responses and for the info.Now , I was reading something saying that a 68 Shelby GT350 with a 302-4v could do the 1/4 mile in 14.9 with a 4 spd and 3.50:1 gears.Now my engine is a little more powerful , and I don't have a 4 spd , but would you recommend a 3.50:1 rear gear ratio? I just don't want to be reving too high when I go fast, but my car isn't going to be a top end car anyway so any opinion please regaurding a 3.50:1 swap.I sure would be happy with a mid-14 sec. car :)
